Position Summary
The position of the Tower/Wireless Technician would be to install and repair wireless equipment for Fatbeam’s infrastructure and overall customer base. This position will report to our Engineering manager and the position would be based out of our Boise or Twin Falls, ID office.

- Provide outstanding customer experience

- The Vice President Operations & Network Engineering will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of Fatbeam’s network infrastructure.
- Evaluate leading and emerging technologies including automation, software-defined networking, machine learning, advanced routing architectures, and DDOS mitigation strategies.
- Champion architectures to meet current and future engineering, systems, and development requirements. Lead in the design, deployment, and documentation of these technologies
- Develop new initiatives to simplify, optimize, standardize, and automate network designs.

Fatbeam is looking for an experienced Sales leader to lead, manage, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives. The Director of Enterprise Sales will set strategic direction for the sales team and ensure the attainment of sales & revenue goals. This individual will demonstrate a successful track record of building and leading sales teams in the enterprise telecommunications space. The Director of Enterprise Sales will provide reps with professional and technical advice on business applications to ensure they are equipped to solve customer business issues. The ideal candidate will have experience coaching the sales team to successfully hunt and prospect for new logo customers. The Director of Enterprise sales will report directly to the Fatbeam VP of Sales. The ideal candidate will work out of the Fatbeam HQ office located in Coeur d’Alene, ID, or out of their home office within one of the Fatbeam sales markets.
Position Responsibilities
- Help recruit, interview, hire, train and guide Sales team.
- Working knowledge of telecommunications fiber technology preferred.
- Proven leader that is engaged with their sales team and can frequently assist in sales calls and presentations either in person or via video meeting.

Fatbeam requires a background check and the acceptance of a basic non-compete documents for all employees. The background check takes 3-5 days. This offer would be pending upon the results of the background check. We will also need to confirm that your driving record will not prohibit us from adding you to our insurance policy for company vehicles. Lastly, to protect our intellectual property, confidential information, and client relationships, it is our policy to require that employees execute an Employee Conduct Agreement governing these matters. Your execution of this agreement is also a condition of this offer of employment. Your employment with Fatbeam is “at will”, which means that you have the right to leave your employment with us at any time while Fatbeam also reserves the right to end the employment relationship at any time.
