Leadership Team
Paul Merritt
CEO
Paul joined Fatbeam as CEO in the fall of 2020. Paul’s professional experience includes 20 years of executive leadership experience in the telecom sector with several firms including Lumen/Century Link, Zayo, Comcast, and XO Communications.
Dusti Burmeister
CFO
Dusti Burmeister joined Fatbeam as CFO in the fall of 2016. She has over 20 years of diverse experience in accounting and finance, of which 7 were spent in Silicon Valley working for both public and privately held companies.
Jason Koenders
COO/CTO
Jason joined Fatbeam in 2021 as the company’s first combined COO and CTO. He most recently consulted with multiple regional service providers in the western United States to increase scale, reliability and improve network efficiency while at Ciena.
Todd Kerr
VP of Enterprise Sales
Todd joined Fatbeam in 2021 as its first executive to focus exclusively on enterprise / business customers. During 20 years in the business telecommunications industry, Todd was continually elevated into broader sales leadership roles, most recently as vice president of Sales for Zayo Group. His career started with AT&T and continued with XO Communications, Level 3 and Zayo.
Gavin Budd
Director of Network Services
Gavin joined Fatbeam in 2018 after 14 years and multiple roles at sister company Ednetics, which spanned network engineering and product management, including the development and maintenance of a multi-state service provider network. At Fatbeam, Gavin is responsible for our enterprise network design, security and quality and plays a vital role wherever technology and technical expertise is involved.
Kim Devlin
Accounting Manager
Kim was the third employee hired at Fatbeam and embodies the definition of self-starter. She built processes, implemented systems, registered for business licenses, coordinated benefits, and has been a vital part of building our culture ever since. Kim is our accounting manager and oversees finance/banking management, bookkeeping, payroll, and all state and federal business reporting.
