We are excited to recognize Stacy, our Customer Service Manager based in Coeur d’Alene, ID, as our Employee Spotlight. Stacy began working at Fatbeam in June of 2017 and has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Over the past two years, she has been instrumental in creating and managing a high quality of customer service and has done a tremendous job retaining our valued customers. Here are a few things she shared with us about her experience at Fatbeam.
Tell us about what you do at Fatbeam?
“I am the Customer Service Manager. I am responsible for the retention of our customers. I get to build relationships with our customers to help build a continued partnership. I also get to be involved in the operations side of the house so that I can be very involved with the progress of installs and the steps along the way. This allows me to keep the customer in the loop throughout the life of their order and then through to the ongoing relationship.”
What is the best part of working at Fatbeam?
“Our customers and my internal teammates. It is so nice to work for a company where you can make a difference for the customer and the company. I get to be involved with the customer from the beginning and get to continue that relationship for the life of our partnership.”
How would you say you are making a difference here?
“With the ability to be nimble for our customers and their needs. The ability to have a personal touch with our customers. Internally, I am able to make suggestions, have my ideas considered, and can be involved in the implementation of ideas and processes.”
Tell us about what you like to do outside of work?
“I like to travel!”
